Nice to Meet You
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that understands the power of having a safe place to explore life's struggles and uncertainties. My passion and expertise is in the areas of anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. I pride myself in creating a safe environment that allows for vulnerability, self-exploration, and growth. The greatest predictor of success in therapy is the strength of the relationship with your counselor. From a client centered approach, my goal is to help you feel heard and understood. I have been trained in several modalities of therapy to fit my clients various needs. I combine evidence-based treatments with talk therapy, and somehow, humor tends to creep in from time to time too. I'm trained in trauma treatments such as Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have ten years of experience guiding Family with childhood behaviors and parenting, with an additional five years of experience in community mental health supporting anxiety, depression, post-partum depression, attachment, trauma, and exploited youth. I'm internationally certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy and various other parenting curriculum that allow me to guide Family through the challenges of parenting. Come as you are and without judgments we will move you on the path of health and wellness towards your goals.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our
office requires two
full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your
appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee.
Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days
(i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to
change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the
preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation
fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist,
or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If
you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may
be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your
insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too
little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late
cancellation policy.
