My name is Charles and I have been practicing therapy for over ten years. My approach is cognitive-behavioral, strength-based, and solution oriented. In our work together, I help clients identify their strengths, even if they feel like they don't have any, and utilize them to overcome any barrier. I believe that changing an aspect of your life takes practice, and I provide the space to do just that. I have worked with adults, teens, and young children who experience depression, anxiety, substance Abuse (Physical, Sexual, etc.), and anger issues. Currently, many of my clients include Family and couples who are going through a transition and need help managing stress and anxiety. I specialize in parenting and couples work, aiding couples in communication skills, improving personal coping skills, and learning parenting strategies. I am trained in anger management, developing behavioral plans to reduce unwanted behaviors, MAP, MST, and TFCognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I often work with divorced couples who would like to create healthy co-parenting relationships. I believe that faith can be very powerful in the journey to healing and help clients incorporate their religious beliefs into our work if they desire to do so. I truly enjoy helping people meet their goals and find ways of decreasing their pain and I'd love to help you.

appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee.
Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days
(i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to
