Nice to Meet You
Charlene Hecker is a licensed psychotherapist who brings warmth, empathy, and over eight years of clinical experience to her work with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, and received advanced training in postmodern and narrative psychotherapy at Miracle Mile Community Practice in Los Angeles. Charlene draws from a holistic, strengths-based approach to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their stories, connect with their values, and move toward greater clarity and well-being. She is passionate about helping people build meaningful connections, expand their sense of possibility, and create lives that feel more aligned and fulfilling. Before becoming a therapist, Charlene studied Theater and Cinema at the University of Southern California and spent over a decade as a Student Advisor at UCLA’s Center for the Performing Arts, where she produced concerts, theater, and dance. She is married and the proud mother of two adult children.
