I’m Dr. Brandon, a California‐licensed psychologist providing therapy exclusively for adults via secure telehealth. Clients often tell me they feel understood, respected, and gently challenged in our sessions. My style is warm, collaborative, and down‐to‐earth—I see therapy as a genuine partnership where we address anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, addictive patterns, and difficult life transitions together. You can expect clear goals, honest feedback, and practical strategies, alongside empathy, humor, and space to be fully yourself. Above all, you’ll have a therapist who shows up prepared, cares about the details of your life, and believes meaningful change is possible for every client.
Therapy with me is both structured and human. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), but I never lose sight of the person sitting across from me. We’ll begin by discussing what matters most to you—your values, hopes, and how anxiety, depression, or old habits interfere. Together we’ll map out a plan and use practical exercises and between‐session tools so you can notice real progress.
Just as important, I work hard to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. Sessions are collaborative and conversational; I offer guidance and gentle challenges, and we adjust as we learn what helps you most. The goal isn’t only symptom relief—it’s helping you build flexibility, resilience, and a life that feels more like your own.
