I am Ayisha Winn from Compton, California, I'm a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience as a Clinical Therapist. I received a master's degree in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach with a Mental Health concentration in 2013. My experience includes working in the community mental health setting in crisis and intensive programs for children, teens, and Family, medical clinic setting with the adult population who struggle with mental health, medical related adjustment conditions, and private practice settings. I am experienced working with clients ages 5 through 70. I am dedicated and committed to providing exceptional clinical care to my clients through use of creative intervention strategies, empathy, providing a safe space, and developing lasting and impactful therapeutic alliances with my clients. I utilize healthy and effective problem-solving strategies, critical thinking skills, and solution focused therapy techniques. My energy, positive attitude, use of a non-judgmental approach, active listening skills, motivation, passion, and insightful support allow my clients the ability to feel both comfortable and supported in treatment under my care.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our
office requires two
full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your
appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee.
Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days
(i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to
change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the
preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation
fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist,
or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If
you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may
be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your
insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too
little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late
cancellation policy.
