Hello! I’m Andrea Redd, and I specialize in treating adults (18+) struggling with OCD, anxiety, stress related to life transitions, self-esteem issues, and women’s issues. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My sessions are a safe space where you will be heard, accepted without judgment, and inspired to create positive & healthy steps toward the life you want to lead.
