I am a licensed clinical social worker and long term Oakland resident. I have an extensive history working with youth, emerging adults, and people in transition. I take a client centered and collaborative approach and believe that each person is the expert on their own lives. In my experience I have supported people through a range of experiences, from coping with day to day struggles to complex trauma, including intergenerational violence and sexual assault survivors. I draw on a variety of modalities, from relational psychology to narrative therapy, and work to find the best fit for your needs.

I believe in each individual's capacity to heal and work to support people in developing more rich stories of their lives.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our office requires two full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee. Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days (i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist, or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late cancellation policy.
