Come join us for a class in meditation instruction, mindfulness, and stress reduction. Learn how to quiet your mind and practice mindfulness in everyday activities.

Thursday class times:
5:30 pm to 6:20 pm
6:30 pm to 7:20 pm

Class Registration: Please call the office at 415-237-0377 to sign up and reserve a space. If you are a patient in the practice we can bill your insurance for the cost of the class, and you would only be responsible for your usual insurance copay.

Khenpo Paljor Gyatso is a Tibetan Buddhist monk who has trained extensively in Buddhist meditation and studies. He is known to a growing number of Western students as a wonderful source of wisdom, warmth, and humor.
