Dr. Stephanie Lim is a licensed psychologist who enjoys working with adults. She has a passion to help individuals alleviate, manage, and understand issues of concern. Her style is a collaborative process with consideration for cultural/diversity factors. Dr. Lim works from an integrated approach including psychodynamic theories, cognitive behavioral therapies, and dialectical behavioral techniques. She focuses on what a person may be experiencing now, and if past experiences may be coming up and influencing what is happening now. Additionally, she helps people to see if there is anything that can be changed to make things a little better. If not, she helps the person manage the best they can through the use of coping skills. Dr. Lim’s specialties include working with individuals whom struggle with depressive disorders, anxiety disorders and panic, relationship issues, and work-related stress.
