I enjoy practicing psychiatry from an evidence-based and holistic perspective, considering how biology, core beliefs, relationships and environment may be informing your current experience. I'm passionate about helping clients to create balance, stability, efficacy and joy in their lives using a combination of pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy and teaching. Once we have gained insight into the factors impacting your experience, together we will come up with a dynamic treatment strategy that aligns with your priorities. My areas of interest include women's mental health, trauma and neurodiversity.
