We all experience challenges and need support and encouragement to guide us through life. With a warm and authentic approach, I partner with you to better understand your unique “road map,” and to assist you with feeling empowered and developing the skills to succeed. Relying upon nearly 15 years of professional experience, I’ve treated a wide-range of consumers (children, adolescents, and adults) and populations (e.g., Veterans). My approach is eclectic and includes training in EMDR, cognitive therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT), mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Humanistic/Existentialist. I’ve worked in government, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), and non-profit community-based organization settings. Specializing in the treatment of Depression, Bipolar, Anxiety, Psychosis, Trauma, ADHD, and Substance-Related Disorders, I’m well-versed in many of today’s Evidence-based practices.
