I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I'm passionate about helping my clients reach their goals. Life brings us a variety of challenges. These can be long-standing problems, or related to a recent specific event. Sometimes we decide that we want help to break through barriers that are keeping us from becoming our authentic selves. I offer a calm presence, compassion, and an outside perspective that might help you see yourself more clearly. And I have faith that you can achieve your goals, in part because you've already been motivated to consider therapy. I've counseled people for many years from all walks of life, covering a wide variety of issues, and I look forward to learning about you and what we can achieve together.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our office requires two full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee. Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days (i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist, or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late cancellation policy.
