Professional Statement

I have been working as a licensed psychologist for six years. Over the years I have worked with a variety of clients experiencing a range of symptoms. I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and difficult life changes, but I also have experience in trauma work and anger management. I tend to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as my main modality in treatment, but every client is unique and I develop my approach to the individual based on their needs.
