I am Monica, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and 12 years of experience serving diverse mental health communities. I pride myself on my therapeutic style centered around respect and empathy. I believe that my clients know themselves better than anyone and are their own best resource when it comes to treatment goals. I see therapy as a joint venture where our knowledge and skills are combined to create solutions.
