Melody Donboli is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist with a new office in San Diego right off the 15 & 56 freeways. Melody has over 10 years clinical experience in community-based mental health programs. She uses a collaborative approach to create a comfortable and safe environment and works to promote growth and psychoeducation in her therapy practice. Melody has advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and also utilizes Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques in her practice. Her specialties include coping with life transitions, improving relationships, grief & loss, stress reduction, co-parenting through divorce, psychosis, LGBTQ support, and family conflict resolution. She assists people in developing a deeper awareness in order to relieve symptoms, enhance well-being, and develop a healthier relationship with themselves and others.
