When you review some of the important changes you’ve made in your life, especially those that persist over time, you’ll likely find that many of them involved a rather high level of emotional arousal. You felt a degree of apprehension, even fear, sometimes accompanied by unrelenting anxiety. It is precisely these strong emotional reactions that can act as a catalyst to increase motivation and commitment to change. If you are reading this, you're motivated to make some changes in your life and be held gently through the process of exploration and growth. This is where I come in. Not only have I studied the power of change and the mind, I have also created powerful techniques to help others live passionate joyful existences. I work with individuals, couples and families who want to live healthier and happier lives. This ranges from depression, marital issues, anxiety, communication troubles, low self-esteem and codependency issues, as well as cancer, and end of life transitioning. I use specialized techniques to help my clients break patterns, many of which are fear based as a result of early childhood trauma that causes emotional issues in the present. This work enables a positive path of transformation. Currently, I specialize in helping people understand their patterns and be more effective communicators. I use these techniques to help my clients break patterns, many which are fear based. My role has been a guide and coach for my clients, providing innovative approaches based on the Gestalt method, Strategic Interventions, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Hypnosis.
