Dr. Kristin Lenihan is a licensed clinical psychologist who has over 14 years of experience providing counseling to adults, couples and families. She uses an integrative approach involving psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help clients set realistic goals and to foster positive self-growth. Dr. Lenihan provides a warm and nurturing presence and is skilled in helping clients overcome depression, anxiety, stress, substance abuse, sleep disorders, and grief/loss.
