Kayla Breslin, PsyD Adults Psychotherapy
Professional Statement
I am a licensed clinical psychologist and specialize in working with adults, young adults, and college students who are interested in deepening their relationship with themselves, others, and the world around them. I have helped support individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety and worry, trauma, life transitions, identity, relationship issues, family concerns, and women's issues. I bring compassion to all issues, and use an integrative model of therapy to tailor treatment to your specific needs. I can provide shorter-term, solution-focused therapy or longer-term, in depth work, depending on your needs. Some of my clients seek therapy during a time of hardship and some seek therapy out of a desire to know themselves more deeply. Often clients come to me feeling stuck. One of my goals is to establish healthy and caring relationships with themselves and others. I want you to feel as though you are gaining the skills and tools to cope with whatever issues you may be working through. I want you to increase your confidence in yourself and your own ability to navigate life's challenges. I want you to feel that your relationships are improving and that you feel a sense of balance and wellbeing in your everyday life. I want for you to find a sense of meaning in your circumstances and a sense of trust in yourself.
