Hello, my name is Karla Barba. I am passionate about helping individuals become the drivers of their own destinies. I believe that you are the expert of your life and with a little guidance and exploration of your strengths, you can achieve just about anything! It takes a lot of courage to seek help. I am committed to providing strategies that help reduce the stressful symptoms that brought you to counseling. If you are ready to take that first step, I am ready to support you. My therapeutic approach is strength-based and person centered. I have worked with various populations and across lifespans with focus on parenting, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and adoption.
