Professional Statement
My role is being a compass to support people toward the progress that they are wanting to make in their lives, whether it’s learning healthier coping skills or support processing trauma. I have found that in using a wide array of techniques that vary from Cognitive Behavioral techniques to Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing allows for clients to make the most of their treatment. True therapy, in my opinion, is a partnership of trust between two individuals moving through the therapeutic process to a healthier, more holistic way of life.
