Jenna Reyes, MFT Adult and Family Therapy
Professional Statement
Welcome, my name is Jenna Reyes. I've been working in the field as a Marriage and Family Therapist for the past 10+ years. I have a diverse background from working in the field with those experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, homelessness, those struggling with interpersonal challenges, people from various backgrounds and cultures, and suicidality. I strive to provide a safe, warm, and respectful environment. I truly believe, in order to live our most authentic self, we must break free from unhealthy patterns. "We repeat what we don't repair." Christine Langley-Obaugh. I work from a cognitive behavior therapy and mindfulness background, however I place a strong emphasis on the present "here and now" as well as the mind/body connection. I have experience facilitating groups including Non-Violent Communication and Seeking Safety. If there is any interest in attending a support group, please let me know. I look forward to starting this journey with you!
