Dr. Jadu Jagel is a licensed psychologist with over 13 years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, and couples. He has a warm presence combining compassion with clinical expertise. His work is influenced by psychodynamic, humanistic, and transpersonal approaches along with attachment theory and somatic psychology. Dr. Jagel has spent the last five years training in the practice of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and is seeking certification in 2015. The technique uses mindfulness, somatic resourcing, and the human being’s instinct to heal toward resolving and transforming unprocessed trauma, including complex trauma. Dr. Jagel takes great care in helping his clients feel safe, become curious, and explore their inner life with newfound tools, so that they may feel better and become who they were meant to be.
