Dr. Chiaki Sasaki is a licensed, clinical psychologist with extensive experience in working with diverse clients, ranging from preschool age children to adults. She has worked in a variety of school, medical and outpatient settings as a therapist and a consultant. Dr. Sasaki uses a warm, collaborative approach to help people with depression, anxiety, life transitions, acculturation and immigration related issues, loss/grief, relationship problems, and stress management. Her primary concern is to assist clients in moving towards emotionally fulfilling life, self-growth, and an overall sense of well-being. She integrates cognitive behavioral/ solution focused approaches, mindfulness and psychodynamic therapy, and also has a personal interest in yoga and holistic health. Dr. Sasaki also offers psychotherapy and consultation in Japanese.
