I work from a solution-focused, culturally humble perspective, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).
