Professional Statement

I am a seasoned clinician with over 25 years of experience in the state of California. I have a high rate of success helping clients who present with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, and relationship issues. Throughout my career I have worked with Adolescents and adults, providing individual, family and couple counseling. My approach is strength based and I utilize evidence-based interventions drawing from several modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy and Family Systems Therapy. We all face difficulties in life. My goal is to help clients develop insight and skills they will use when faced with challenges throughout their lives.
