I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I am passionate about the work I do with my clients. The human experience can be complex and quite trying at times, and I am honored to be alongside you in your journey and I am committed to providing a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for you to explore and address what brings you to therapy. I believe in the human capacity for personal growth, skill development to improve overall functioning, and one’s ability to create a life that is meaningful, full of vitality, and reflective of one’s values and dreams.
