His philosophy is to use the minimal amount of medication necessary to achieve the desired result. If a medication has an undesirable side effect, like weight gain, Dr. Goel considers all options with his patient. He refers his patients to psychologists within the group when they desire therapy so every patient is able to receive excellent collaborative care.
