My approach is Post-Modern, Narrative Therapy with Motivational Interviewing and Humanistic Therapy concepts. My focus is on supporting the individual in developing the best version of themselves to properly face the challenges of life with a sense of courage, honor, and sincerity. I listen deeply to understand my clients and their values; I want to know what is meaningful for them. I challenge them to use their values to attack their problems with purpose and clarity. Ideal clients are strong in the areas of self-reflection, objectivity, and openness to feedback.
