Professional Statement

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California with 10+ years in the field of mental health. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to guide you toward increased self-awareness, gain new perspectives, decrease symptoms, and increase personal strengths to have a more meaningful life experience. I have specialized trainings in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), TF-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and extensive experience in other modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I use an eclectic approach to suit your needs and help you explore the conscious and unconscious, discovering feelings and having experiences that can help in reaching your highest potential. With the focus being on the process, being a client in therapy does not require any skill or know-how, It only requires a commitment to yourself. I will create the space for you to safely explore, without judgement, and nurture your courage to be happily imperfect.
